We offer expedited shipping for all orders in the United States and you may select the option at checkout to have your order expedited. Once the item is shipped you should expect to receive your item within 2-3 business days with expedited shipping (based on current shipping carriers delivery abilities). Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out of our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed.
Although we provide estimates of the number of days your order will take to arrive, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within those quoted timeframes. We process and ship most orders within 24 hours. Shipping & handling delays, although infrequent, may delay your order.

If your order does not arrive within the above timeframes, or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
If it’s confirmed the address was correct and the package was lost in transit, we’ll send you a replacement or refund your order. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process.
