Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: ALL WAREHOUSE SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or refunds allowed on items marked down 70%. Items cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.

We know choosing fit and size online can be a bit difficult so we offer FREE returns and exchanges. 

We happily accept returns and exchanges of most items within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused with the tags on. And you must have your order number or gift receipt. 

To initiate an exchange:

Reply to the order confirmation email or send an email to help@grantlyclothing.com with the order number, the item you wish to exchange and the size you'd like. We will respond to your request with 1-2 business days with the next steps including a shipping label. 

To initiate a return:

Reply to the order confirmation email or send an email to help@grantlyclothing.com with the order number and reason for the return. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with the next steps including a shipping label.   

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item marked final sale
  • Gift cards

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
